Q. What do you have to do when LS Guarding provides Key Holding and Alarm Response
services and your alarm goes off at 02:56am ?
A. Absolutely Nothing! In fact you probably won’t even know your alarm has been activated.
Are your employees insured to enter your business premises outside of normal working hours in the event of an intruder alarm activation ?
Are there systems in place to ensure if they do attend site they are supported and their welfare regularly checked in accordance with Health and Safety lone worker policies ?
Will your employee take responsibility to ensure your building is left completely secure and any damage has been suitably repaired ?
Are they able to be on site within the 20 minutes the ACPO recommend for key holders ?
In the event of your alarm being activated one of LS Guarding's security response officers will immediately attend your site and conduct a through external patrol looking for any signs of forced entry into your premises, after first checking the perimeter of the site the security response officer will then enter the premises and conduct a through room to room search. Once the LS Guarding security responce officer is completely certain that no break in or attempted break in has taken place they will re-secure your premises, leaving you a full incident report on site.
In the event of a break in or attempted break in LS Guarding will liaison with the police and temporarily re-secure your premises, LS Guarding have the capacity to provide additional mobile patrol services or even a temporary security officer on an as required basis whilst awaiting a permanent repair to be undertaken.
LS Guarding ensure every intruder alarm activation they receive is provided a priority response, with a higher than average number of liveried vehicles patrolling at any given time you can be assured that they have the capacity to service all alarm response sites in accordance with the ACPO guidelines for alarm response and key holding services.
As part of LS Guarding's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction all alarm response customers will receive a management call the following morning in the event of a false alarm and a site visit from one of our management team in the event of a confirmed incident or break in, ensuring all LS Guarding customers are fully informed of any preventative measures that could be taken to prevent a repeat incident occurring.
