On receipt of an alarm activation, our control room will dispatch one of our dedicated alarm response units to your premises.
Our highly trained uniformed officers will attend your site and carryout a full check of the premises to ascertain the reason for the activation.
On arrival a full external check will be carried out to check for signs of an intrusion. The building will then be entered and the alarm system checked to pinpoint the area of activation. An internal check will then be carried out to determine the reason for the activation. Should anything untoward be found, our officer will contact the police and request their attendance. Once the incident has been dealt with, the building will be secured and the alarm re set. Detailed report will be provided for your information.
In the event of an actual break in, you may choose to be informed at the time rather than find out on your arrival the following day.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to secure your premises, a uniformed officer will remain on site. At no time will we leave your building insecure.
School Watch Mobile Patrol Services
One of our fully trained uniformed officers will visit your premises at random intervals during closed periods and carryout a full external check of the premises to ensure that all is safe and secure. These visits, carried out using one of our distinctive marked vehicles, offer a visible deterrent and can be carried out as many times as you require.
These patrols are verified using a state of the art patrol clock system with check points placed at agreed locations around the site. This monitors the route and time taken by each officer on each visit and ensures that all areas are covered. The data collected is then downloaded at our control room and the information monitored by our management team on a daily basis. Reports are then produced for you the client, to confirm that all visits have been carried out correctly. These reports can be sent on a weekly or monthly basis, whichever you require. It is planned that these reports will soon be available to view via our web site.
School Watch Lockup & Unlock Services
School holidays, site manager away why not ensure your premises are thoroughly checked and locked up by asking us to provide our lockup services. One of our security officers will attend your premises at an agreed time and conduct a full internal patrol, turning off lights and ensuring all windows are closed and any agreed internal doors are secure. Once we have ensured your building is completely secure we will lock and alarm your premises and conduct a final external patrol. For those dreaded early starts, holiday opening or if certain members of your staff need access at the weekends we also provide a unlock service, its just the same but in reverse.
Our Vehicles
All our patrol and response services are carried out using our distinctively marked vehicles and uniformed officers, providing a visible deterrent. Vehicles are maintained to a high standard and are fully equipped for the job in hand. All vehicles are equipped with GPS trackers which allow constant monitoring of their location by our control room staff. All clients’ keys, once drawn from the key safe in our control room, are transported in locked key safes securely fitted within the vehicle. No client’s details or alarm codes are kept in our vehicles.
